i have post some diagrams to solve Mic Problem in Nokia 1203 after the request of some readers i am now posting the full mic ways path jumpers.in this diagram you can see not only path is shown to resistances but also up to the uem. Nokia X2 Network Problem Signal Ways Solution Jumpers
